Fueled by more than 15 years of experience specifically in the civil division, Alejandro Soto founded S&S Oilfield Construction in January of 2020. Headquartered in Edinburg, Texas, S&S is a South Texas constructor with an emphasis on Civil Scope Performance in the Oil & Gas Industry. We make it our mission to be a Construction Company recognized by clients for our ability to finish projects in a safely manner, within budget and quality guaranteed.
